Choosing insurance is the cautious option for long coupons; the boost suits shorter-priced accas you expect to land. Cashing out removes the reward either way.
Rewards count only on your first unique acca, and void bets don't qualify. BoyleSports says rewards are paid within 15 minutes of settlement, so you should be able to see quickly whether a boost or refund has been credited.
